After earning a Bachelor's in International Relations, I started my career in Silicon Valley as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at SanDisk. From there, I moved on to Apple where I really learned the ins and outs of the recruiting process and played the most intense version of what I call calendar Tetris as a Recruiting Coordinator for Special Projects Group as well as supporting the iPhone and Apple Watch teams. I dipped a toe in the waters of event coordination and project management here as well. This is where I built strong administrative and organizational skills that I still use today.

When it was time to leave Apple, I took a bit of a break to follow my dream of moving to London. I studied there and earned two Master's Degrees; one in International Relations and one in International Human Resource Management.

I graduated from my second Master's degree during Covid lockdowns, so I decided to use that time to take Hungarian language lessons in order to apply for my Hungarian passport. In 2021, I got my citizenship and EU Passport! 

​

Next came the chaotic world of Start-ups. I joined a small tech start-up that had plans to double in size based in London as a Talent Partner. This was a fully remote, global company, where I worked on recruiting, global salary benchmarking, recruitment and HR processes, and employer branding to name a few.

Finally, after moving back to the States due to our friend start-up layoffs, I joined a consulting start-up as employee number 4 as an Executive Assistant and quickly began working on Recruiting, project management, and creating HR and recruiting processes.

I started HR-Toth LLC in 2024 to bring my experience and expertise to other similar organizations, providing services to help fine tune People Operations and Administrative processes. 

​

Home base is Colorado, but traveling is my passion, so you can often find me working from other parts of the world. Don't worry, I'm an expert at managing timezones.
